Margarita Kallas-Lee is an entrepreneur and restaurateur based in Austin, Texas. She is the co-owner of Scratch Restaurants which owns and operates Sushi by Scratch Restaurants, Pasta Bar, along with a few others, with locations across the country. Her new concept, Wolf and Wheat, opens this fall.
