The Universe has unlimited ways to get our attention, wake us up, and help guide us on the path. It’s a good reminder that we do not go it alone.

The other day I reconnected with Donna Cravotta, friend, colleague and the brilliance behind Cravotta Media Group and Real 50 Over 50 Visibility Project. We arranged for a 20-minute Meet & Greet that became a richly rewarding 90-minute heart-to-heart dialogue.

Along the way I learned about a daily practice that Donna has taught others: You don’t go to bed until you can name something you learned and someone you helped.
