Nia Instructor and conveyor of Joy wherever she goes, experience Candlelight Nia, Tibetan Singing Bowls and Nia Playshop and an Angel Walk with Elaine.  Dominique Hurley- Intuitive Artist and facilitator of “Intuition into Action Treasure Map: 5 steps to a Happy Healthy Life.” intuitive exercises, guided meditations, and interactive spirit visioning  are all instore for you at the retreat. and last but not least Josh Sullivan,  who will lead us through Mindful Morning Meditations in the Gardens of the Inn, and later speak to us on creating daily mindful habits as well as empowerment and facing our fears to achieve whatever our goals are whether it is health of spiritual.  Tickets are available at Eventbrite  or  Inspired Life Workshops & Retreats

Elaine will be guiding us through  Candlelight Nia and Chakra Meditation with Tibetan Singing Bowls as well as helping us bring our inner child out in the Nia Playshop  at the Joy of Life Retreat, taking place this June 26- 28th at the Doctors House Inn & Spa. During our conversation she explains what  to expect when we experience Nia. Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that draws from martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Nia includes the movement from Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, jazz dance, modern dance. Every class offers a unique combination of 52 moves that correspond with the main areas of the body: the base, the core and the upper extremities. Stiff beginners and highly fit athletes alike can adapt Nia to meet their needs by choosing from three intensity levels.
