Join me as we explore the power of an ascesis - this may just be the best kept spiritual development tool to help you manifest and achieve your intentions. Today, I want to share my personal experiences with ascesis and just how much it has been helping me on my spiritual path. I have been doing an ascesis for the entire time I’ve been writing my book series, The Rose Codes, and I’ve just agreed to do another ascesis for a year with guidance from my spiritual team, starting this September, to help expand my channel. An ascesis is a tool to help you accumulate energy by giving up a habit that is currently taking up a lot of your personal resources. Think of it as something you’re addicted to or invest a lot of thought or time into. By intentionally giving up that habit for a period of time, you free up energy to channel it into other areas of your life. Energy, after all, is the life force of creation, and you get to choose what you want to create with it! In this episode, I’ll talk about what an ascesis is, why you might want to try one, how to do it, and share my personal experiences along the way.
