What is soul retrieval, why does it happen, and how can you reclaim the energy of your soul? Soul retrieval occurs when parts of your soul are left behind in time and space, either intentionally or unintentionally. Many people use soul retrieval and shadow work interchangeably, but they're different practices: shadow work involves integrating parts of yourself within the self, while soul retrieval is about integrating parts of your energy from different physical locations and times, left outside of the self. Sometimes, your soul may intentionally leave energy behind for future incarnations—like in master incarnations—where you access energy and skills as an imprint from previous lifetimes. Alternatively, soul fragmentation can occur unintentionally through highly traumatic experiences. Whether intentional or unintentional, you can reclaim these parts of your soul and its life force energy by either 1) traveling to the physical locations where your energy resides, 2) doing past life regressions to reclaim energy through time, or both.
