<p>Today's conversation is all about relaxation. It is about connecting with nature and your creative spirit by tapping into your own healing energy! This conversation is one-sided, because today, I am leading you on a solitary journey. This guided meditation will lead you to a secret happy place inside your mind. And you can visit there anytime! </p>
<p>I LOVE this meditation. Usually, I change it up on a whim each time, and you will see just how easy that is to do. The coolest thing about this meditation is that if you use this tool consistently (like once a week or so) then objects will sometimes appear in your private space from one meditation to the next. Each time I open the door to my private hideaway, I know something wonderful will happen. This meditation can help you laugh, relax and just have fun! Oh, and <em>always </em>drink deeply from the fountain. </p>
