After convincing them he was trustworthy, he attempted to control their life savings and retirement accounts, cashed their disability checks, and even sold a victim’s baby to his brother and sister-in-law. Despite being on law enforcement’s radar for decades, he bludgeoned at least five women to death with a large hammer… and possibly many more.
