Who is Victor Neumann?
Victor is the founder of Invest It!, a non-profit initiative based in Germany and are on a mission to educate the youth about finance and economics. He started his first startup project at the age of 16 in high school and made it to the semi-finals of the National Startup Competition for Schools.
He also co-authored a book in 2021 that is published with a well-known German publishing company which talks about how to build and scale a remote team and culture.

Who is Priya Burci?
Priya is currently the COO of AIME, a mental health startup that offers customized guidance programs with the goal of helping people find what techniques work best for them and build a sustainable routine. She was previously the CEO of Powercoders International, an award winning social startup that runs coding courses and tech job placements for refugees. In her role, she launched Powercoders in Turkey, Italy and Spain and achieved a 90% graduate placement rate, making it one of the most successful refugee coding schools in Europe.

James Frater FRSA is an award winning Caribbean medical student, studying at Imperial College London. He is someone I keep running into - a fellow Diana Award recipient and we also work alongside each other on the Youth Advisory Board at the EY Foundation. James is als co-founded The Ladder Project CIC to help holistically develop students and prepare them for life after school.
