Victor is the founder of Invest It!, a non-profit initiative based in Germany and are on a mission to educate the youth about finance and economics. He started his first startup project at the age of 16 in high school and made it to the semi-finals of the National Startup Competition for Schools. He also  co-authored a book in 2021 that is published with a well-known German publishing company which talks about how to build and scale a remote team and culture.
