<p>Astrophysicist Professor Chris Lintott is the primary presenter of the BBC’s The Sky at Night, having previously been co-presenter with Patrick Moore until Moore's death in 2012. He co-authored Bang! – The Complete History of the Universe and The Cosmic Tourist with Patrick Moore and Queen guitarist and astrophysicist Brian May. He has recently been appointed the 39th Professor of Astronomy at Gresham College in London which was founded in 1597. At the same time Chris is Professor of Astrophysics at the University of Oxford&nbsp;and a&nbsp;Research Fellow at New College. Chris Lintott is the co-founder of zooniverse.org,&nbsp;the world’s largest and most popular platform for people-powered research and which was the topic of his&nbsp;first book, ‘The&nbsp;Crowd and the Cosmos’.
