Natalie Eicher is Co-CEO & Co-Founder of Mettacool, a coaching consultancy that prepares women for career advancement and transition, without sacrificing their well-being so they can find sustainable success while helping the companies that employ them to maximize their female talent pipeline and create a workplace culture where women thrive.

Natalie is a National Board Certified Well-Being & Career Coach, trained at Duke, and a Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.

 

Prior to Mettacool, Natalie spent 10 years in the technology industry, where she was in various sales and leadership roles. Natalie also founded and led the Diversity & Inclusion office for a multi-billion dollar business unit within Dell EMC.

 

Natalie’s on a mission with Mettacool to change the narrative of what it means to be a successful working woman, for both individuals and the organizations Mettacool works with.
