I am interviewing Jill Shanklin, a busy mother of four, on today's episode. Jill was born and raised in Lubbock and is the Vice President of Nursing Excellence at UMC. Her career has been devoted to labor and delivery and providing the best healthcare for women, babies, and expecting mothers. She shares how motherhood has shaped her journey in the medical field and her involvement with the March of Dimes organization.
