<p>as a video production and digital media business owner I meet so many great people from many walks of life who decided to own a business in this field, or work as a freelancer in the video or design world.</p>
<p>At the beginning is just an idea or vision in your mind and with a bunch of elbow grease, it becomes a reality. When anyone sees someone in any field have a bit of success they want to understand the how, the why, the how come and apply it to their lives.</p>
<p>When I started <a href="Blacksheepmediahouse.com">Black Sheep Media House </a>I was coming to the end of a career in the <a href="http://www.xgames.com/athletes/3015492/jorge-jovel">action sports</a> world, photography, video, and design were just hobbies to film my BMX friends and design stickers for helmets. After going back to school in 2009 I set my mind to creating a business in State College, PA but it wasn't easy.</p>
<p>I learned very quickly that I knew nothing about running a business and seriously crashed and burned over and over again, but there was a light at the end of the tunnel and when I got close to that light is seemed it was like a magnet. Things have taken off and I get to work with some pretty notable brands, the trust I build with my clients is genuine " human first".&nbsp;</p>
<p>The best part about video production is the is working with teams, every job is different and I build a team to cater to that job. Everyone I work with has a very special story and I'm much more interested in theirs. So here is one of my first interviewees.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Ken Grau is a video producer in State College, Pa and owns <a href="https://www.bulldogproductionhouse.com/">Bull Dog Production House</a> a few years ago he moved from Florida to State College, PA to help Penn State produce their weekly <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hhbVKq4gAyU">Unrivaled: The Penn State Football Story </a>but after a few years there he realized he wanted his ow business.</p>
