<p>The <strong>Cleveland Torso Murderer</strong> (also known as the <strong>Mad Butcher of Kingsbury Run</strong>) was an unidentified <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serial_killer" title="Serial killer">serial killer</a> who was active in <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cleveland" title="Cleveland">Cleveland</a>, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ohio" title="Ohio">Ohio</a>, United States in the 1930s.
