<p>Yes, I know! Spring has sprung! But hear me out~Valentine&#39;s Day (my favorite holiday) is eternal. There&#39;s a reason why it&#39;s such a flash point for all of our feelings about love. Even if you can&#39;t stand this holiday, there are ways in which it points us toward the deepest truths and vulnerabilities in ourselves, and when we own those, we can be liberated by a truly authentic expression of love. </p><p>In this episode I&#39;m reading from a piece I reprise every year, going back to 2016. </p><p>I&#39;ve given it a glow-up and hope you get something meaningful out of it!</p><p>Love you, Friends.
