Many do not know their options to seek compensation for their injuries or losses. On our monthly segment on personal litigation law we once again hear from Attorney <strong>Divjyot Singh</strong>, the Managing Partner atSHEV Law Group. Although we routinely hear about lawsuits filed against other entities, Divjyot joins us today to explain how to sue other professionals who have done shoddy work for you and how to handle frivolous lawsuits.</p><p><strong>4:50 pm</strong> Pratham was the first local Indian charity to focus on childhood education in India and teaching those less fortunate how to make a living for themselves. A few yearsago, it also became the first local Indian charity to raise over $1,000,000 in one gala. Since then it has made many more milestones, so we asked a Board member who was Co-President last year, <strong>Dr. Vikram Gopal</strong>, to explain to us how Pratham has achieved this distinction and about its upcoming gala on April 18.</p><p><strong>5:20 pm</strong> Founded in 1989, SEARCH has been providing hope, creating opportunity, and transforming lives for thousands of men, women, and children who are trying to break free fromthe cycle of poverty and homelessness. The 501(c)(3) non-profit just recently relocated from the old building on 2015 Congress to their crisp new building on 1712 Pease St. where a staff of 120 work to provide homes to those living on the streets.
