        &lt;p&gt;No matter where you are in life, thriving or struggling, addicted to drugs or religion, too confident in yourself or not confident enough in who Jesus has made you to be… The Gospel makes you new. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In fact, here is what the depths of the Gospel give us as a New Humanity… &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1. A New Footing with God - “We are Justified”&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2. A New Family with God - “We are Adopted”&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3. A New Future with God - “We are Empowered”&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Becoming new through faith is a beautiful thing, but in the first three chapters of Romans, Paul describes the broken state of “Old Humanity.” Old Humanity does not live justified, but condemned, does not value family but radical individualism, and does not have a future with God but only focuses on the here and now. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Paul makes a case to not live like the Romans do. Sometimes we feel the pressure of needing to have the right answers or not wanting to hassle people with our faith. No one wants to feel like a salesman. But is that how Jesus shared the Gospel?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Have you ever wondered, “How would Jesus evangelize?” Well in Luke 24 the very first thing Jesus does after he defeats death through the resurrection is just that… He witnessed, and therefore showed us how to do it. He did not hassle anyone but rather he drew near to where people were, he cared about their pain, he walked more than he talked, and he didn’t force it. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;He went all the way with people.
