England have just returned from India after a chastening 4-1 defeat. After getting off to a winning start, many believed that England could do something which they hadn't been done in over 10 years. Unfortunately it didn't pan out that way and it handed Ben Stokes and Brendan McCullum their first loss as Englands leadership team.Peter Sim entered the England test fold in the Autumn of 2022, just before England's first away series in Pakistan in over a decade. His role as the physical preparation coach has seen him work with individuals and the team across this period. Peter very kindly opened up his perspective of an exciting England dressing room. He talks about the secrets which keep a 40+ year old Jimmy Anderson firing, who his training differs from player to player and also what it is like to tour an intense country like India for such a long time.
