After 4 years of grueling and hard-core sales for the Southern-most hockey team in the NHL, Matt converted from the Panthers sales team to human resources.</p> <p>This is a fairly rare transition in the industry and shows the beautiful story of somebody BREAKING INTO the industry, then finding their best use of their skills in another department.</p> <p>In early 2021, Matt made the move over to FC Cincinnati to play a larger role in their talent acquisition efforts, hiring over 400+ people as the brand expanded.</p>
