002 Six Years of Unbecoming: Our Collective Journey

Description
Six years ago this podcast was born in the middle of a collective reckoning. The world was on fire and so were many of us — finally awake to what had always been true, finally unwilling to keep pretending otherwise.
A lot has changed since then. The name. The focus. The clarity about what this work actually is and who it's actually for.
And a lot hasn't changed. The core conviction that we cannot build a new world from a dysregulated nervous system. That healing ourselves and healing our world are the same work. That the unbecoming — shedding everything we were told to be — is as sacred as the becoming.
This episode is a reflection on six years of that journey. Mine, yours, and ours.
Because if you've been here — or if you're just arriving — chances are you've been in your own process of unbecoming. Releasing who the dominant systems told you to be. Remembering who you actually are. Figuring out what you're here to build.
That's worth marking. For all of us.
