Welcome to pupu's world,in my second episode we are discussing about mental health awareness.It's all about a person's condition with regard to their psychological and emotional well-being (mental illness),(creating balance in life),(treatment of emotional issues and depression),(boosting your moral up) although ,if you rich and you have everything in your life still you can't be mentally healthy.Mental health gives you mental piece.And mental health is important as physical health.The symptoms of depression can be experienced differently among men,woman and children.There are several possibilities of depression and there are many mental illness rather than depression.Prevention:-regular excercise,planty of sleep, reducing stress, building strong relationships with others.In this video we talked about how they can range from biological circumstances, depression test, complications, treatments, preventions, mental health and others.
