The Squeeze

Hey Squeeze fam! We're kicking the summer off with season 2. This Thursday me and Sean Fowler discuss the spiritual practices of new age. This is a practice that is very prevalent today. New age is a range of religious or spiritual beliefs that include beliefs in reincarnations, astrology, psychics, and the presence of spiritual energy in physical objects. New Year goals are often jotted down...and then forgotten about. We spend hours thinking about how the next year will be different, but we often times fail at achieving those goals. In this episode I speak on practical ways we can maintain our New Year goals.
