This month's affirmation and soundscape celebrates a blade of grass. Spring is here, and we honor the ever present blades of grass that connect to the ground and reach for the  sky. They provide a magnificent backdrop for our favorite flowers to bloom, but each blade of grass is beautiful in it's own right, and teeming with life. Today's affirmation starts with a simple phrase, "I Am  A Flame."
