He is also the Managing Director of ADAPT OR DIE VENTURES, a global change consultancy that focuses on the intellectual renewal of organizations with digital ambitions. Before founding ADAPT OR DIE, Kempkens was the Global Lead for workspace renewal and led the Design Thinking implementation at SAP. He has also taught Design Thinking, Innovation Management, and Change Management at various institutions around the world. Kempkens has studied law and mediation and attended executive training programs at Northwestern, Wharton, Harvard Business School, and Stanford University.
