The Journey from a Corporate Career to Entrepreneurial Coach

Francine began working at a young age when her parents operated a convenience shop. She was introduced to the business world in her early twenties and worked in retail for about six years. Through her 25-years long career in corporate leadership and coaching, she enjoyed the element of assisting others in progressing to the next level.

Francine felt a calling to exercise her entrepreneurial gift and leave the corporate world, to have more space in order to reach a larger audience. In 2015, she launched her own coaching company, and the rest is history.

 

Helping People Get to the Next Level Personally

Francine knew she was attracting many high achievers. They were already successful at reaching goals. Still, she thought that what they needed most was the spiritual aspect and getting reconnected to who they are.

She related to these clients, and decided that she needed to pivot. Francine now leads her clients on the path to understand what truly ignites the light in their soul and advance in discovering who they are and what truly matters.

 

Moving Forward with Fear

When something uncomfortable is going on, it’s probably not real fear. Francine explained that genuine fear - fight-or-flight mode – has a real purpose, to help us survive. For the most part, what we experience is a false fear – a false alarm.

Recognizing that uncomfortable feeling and what is holding hour back, will help you break through that barrier. The more you step up, the more you'll be able to conquer it and get there. You have to do the thing.

Francine trusts Tony Robbins when he says that life happens for us, not for us. She also suggests keeping a journal at the end of each day because writing is powerful.

 

From Anxiety Towards Peace

She mentioned meditate can help, we can have a morning routine of spending time creating space for self-care. A lot of times, that a lot of time, it will manifest in anxiety. It doesn't have to belong but creating that space, which will be helpful.

If there's an individual or situation that is getting in the way of you feeling fulfilled. It's the internal stuff that makes the external world manifest. It could be a certain personality, or it may be a situation. Maybe it's a particular situation. It might be fear. Fear may be providing you with a chance to overcome your fear.

 

Transforming Anxiety to Peace and Serenity

It’s a shift! When we’re off purpose, out of alignment with who we are, our body/mind/spirit will set off an alarm system and it manifests as anxiety. The more we get clear on our purpose, on why we’re here, it gets better.

Essential Routines and Rituals that Support Wellness

Francine mentioned that walks, meditation, eating cleaner, cutting out a lot of sugar helps to support her wellness. Keeping a clean channel also helps and gives her time and space. Creating an environment, including using essential oils. Providing time in the morning, at least 30 minutes, to just read and feed my spirit.
