Sometimes our own comfort zones keep us from growing and from striving to do things that will help ourselves and those around us. Things like accepting responsibility for our actions and outcomes, not falling into complacency, and stepping out of our comfort zone to try and make things happen for us are examples that lead us to happier and healthier lives!
Being successful in life does not only stick to being financially successful. It starts with having a good relationship with ourselves, which creates a positive energy that only personal and work success can follow. Without a positive mental attitude, how can we build relationships with other people? And how are we able to learn to celebrate ourselves?
Today, I am going to share with you, from my own experience, what I found lights me up and helps me live a happier life, both at work and in my personal life.
