Ron is a very traditional, very old school kinda guy, and on this episode we dive in a bit on what it was like growing up and working in the service industry for almost thirty whole years. We also touch on what it means to be a man and what it means to be a father, two things in the black community that can have very heavy connotations attached to them and sometimes aren’t carried out in the healthiest manner. Everyone also gets pretty high in this one, so there’s that too. We hope you all enjoy.

Monwell is one of happiest and most optimistic people we’ve ever met, if not the most. He’s a shining beacon in a lot of the lives he’s touched and in this episode, we try to dive into what allows him to keep such a positive attitude.
