With so much illness taking center stage nearly every day, I thought we might explore the topic of healing. I’m going to share some stories from ancient Greece and Greek mythology to illustrate the deep and long history that dreams have with the healing arts. We’ll talk about the archetype of the wounded healer. And then I’m going to outline 6 ways that dreams can impact our body, mind and spirit to beginning the healing process.
