Over 170 years ago, a white slave owner's brother contested the Will that set Lucy and her descendants free from slavery. She fought him in court and won. Today, her great great great great grandson, Terrence Franklin, is an award winning Wills and Trusts litigation attorneys. While he fights for planned generational wealth and legacy by profession, his passion and mission is to encourage us to take advantage of estate planning to reduce the wealth gap.
