In this podcast episode, I will tell you my rule of moderation, and why everything excessive is bad. I noticed a pattern that when we do something or get something more than we required, that proves to be bad. Yes, there might be some exceptions, but we are not counting exceptions here, in those cases you have to use your brain and common sense.  But most of the cases, the thing that is not in moderation, do more harm than good.
