TeLisa Daughtry was born and raised in Boston. While pursuing her childhood passions of dance and visual art, she also became a self-taught programmer, graphic designer, marketer and engineer and is now an entrepreneur. She taught herself to code in the late 90s while in high school so that she could put her fine art on a website. She drew immense inspiration from the hard-working women in her family. She has taken her startups through a series of prestigious accelerators, including Founders Institute and Y Combinator. Her recent endeavor, FlyTechnista, is a mobile app that empowers females to connect to curated education, employment and entrepreneurship resources and opportunities in technology. She also backs start-ups as an angel investor.

Preetam Dutta was born in Texas and moved with his family to Connecticut at the age of 10. He grew up playing tennis and the cello. While in high school, he began doing some advanced research within the chemical engineering department at Yale University and ultimately he chose to earn his undergraduate degree there. He opted to pursue a doctorate at Columbia University subsequent to that in Machine Learning and Cybersecurity. He is an entrepreneur who launched a business in the cybersecurity space focused on small and medium-sized businesses called Elpha Secure.

Tyler Gonzalez was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. From a high school volunteer experience in a hospital, he developed a passion and interest in medicine which grew while he completed his undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley. He attended medical school at UCLA while simultaneously completing an MBA. While practicing in his chosen specialty of orthopedic surgery, he has been an avid entrepreneur, founding a number of companies.

Swadhin Jitti, known to her friends as Swey, was born in Manchester, England. She escaped a domestically violent household where she suffered physical and psychological abuse and ranaway to attend Pembroke College, Cambridge. Given her experiences, she studied Psychology and has devoted her life to adolescent mental health. Post-graduation, she relocated to Dubai. She initially focused on child mental health, but has now launched her own practice where she focuses on adolescents and their parents. She also has become a Communications and Mindset Coach. In addition to her mental health and coaching practices, she has launched a digital agency with her husband and she is working on a book called "Hues of Her". She also hosts a podcast called "Polite but Savage".

Allyson Plosko was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She studied Psychology at Tulane, which she attended on scholarship, and was particularly interested in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She canceled a trip to go overseas to teach and opted to return to Houston to be close to her mother who was facing health challenges at the time. Allyson was moved by how her mother struggled to get needed physical and mental health services and unfortunately, the absence of that care was the key contributory factor to her passing after a year. This became a mission for Allyson to explore ways to enhance the healthcare ecosystem. She began working with an accelerator focused on healthcare investments called Village Capital. She is now a Director at Telocity, funding startups at the seed and pre-seed level to support adolescent mental well-being.
