La autocrítica sirve para aprender, siempre y cuando no se convierta en darnos con el látigo todo el tiempo. Cuando se apagan las luces del estadio, estamos obligados a prender las luces de nuestra propia rutina. Podemos cultivar esa celebración y conexión en nuestro día a día en lugar de quedarnos en pausa esperando otros cuatro años.
