Like so many women, Gwyn was doing all the right things—or so she thought. She tried every approach to regain her period except the one that actually worked: eating more and resting.
From veganism to juice cleanses, fasting, functional medicine, and endless supplements, Gwyn was searching for a solution that wouldn’t require her to change her "healthy" lifestyle. But once she finally let go of restriction and embraced true nourishment, her body responded.
Now, as a soon-to-be dietitian, Gwyn’s experience has completely reshaped how she views health and nutrition. No more cutting out foods, striving for perfection, or obsessing over "clean eating." Instead, she’s on a mission to help others find balance in a world dominated by diet culture.
