According to Yulia Konovnitsyna fear is a compass that guides you towards a more fulfilling life by showing you what you need to do to avoid complacency. And that's what creates those F$%^ Yes moments. By viewing fear as a guide, rather than an obstacle, you can tap into your full potential and create a life that is more aligned with your values and goals. When Yulia Konovnitsyna feels fear, she uses it as an indicator that she needs to push herself beyond her comfort zone and embrace new opportunities. Konovnitsyna believes that this approach to fear has helped her achieve both personal and professional growth. Konovnitsyna has found daily practices such as meditation, breath work, journaling, and exercise to be helpful for staying present to her feelings and using them as a tool for growth, rather than suppressing them. Konovnitsyna's experience suggests that embracing fear can lead to positive change, both personally and professionally.
