He has specialized in healthcare security management since 1985.<br />Throughout his career, Martin has provided security leadership to multiple healthcare<br />facilities across Ontario and has played a key role in designing security programs for<br />organizations across Canada. He is an organized and highly skilled security leader<br />with deep expertise in security operations and management within Acute Care, Long-<br />Term Care, and community healthcare environments.<br /><br />Martin has developed and implemented security programs and training materials that<br />are widely used in healthcare facilities across North America.
