Always remember that result is achieved by consistently of what you are doing. Don't expect the result of your occasional completion task. Do it consistently so that you can see the "Magic". 

Goal is not nothing but focusing in one direction. Every goal is identified as a short term goal and long term goal. How to achieve the goal, first break up the goal into multiple steps. Then, put a number order sequence on the steps. When you finish each task that is on each step you reach, consider that as you are in the process of achieving the goal. Set a Small Goal, first. Try a one day or 1 week goal and achieve it. Keep moving from there. Essential Habit is greatly helpful to your will power increase.

Time + Energy + intelligence is a combo of productivity. Do better on our performance, we should scale our end result of productivity. To bring that result, how much energy you spend, how long you are doing that and what is your smartness in it. Measure it. You can find where we should concentrate to get better results next time. If you start slowly adapting to do this. You can see the good results. It leads to better productivity from the last one.

Excessiveness is doing the actions beyond the boundary line either is talking, writing, working long hours and few more. If it works really positively, people will appreciate you and recognize you as an extraordinary performer.  Extraordinary performer is really good credit and big strength for those who have it. But, we should not apply this ability in all aspects of our life. Let me example, if you are a great extraordinary writer may you can find yourself as less talkative. When we try to do all our activities in an extraordinary way, it may end with excessiveness. Its impact negatively on you in those situations. So, find your extraordinary performance area and keep having boundary lines of other activities. Be Patient to find out those qualities.

We have a lot of tasks to do in a day and in the past we must have experienced that the most important task is not yet finished when we see on our to-do checklist at the end of the day.  Best way to finish all the tasks is prioritize all the list out tasks in 3 ways. First one is the most important task that is related to our jobs, personal well being, health, that is according to you which one is the most important task. Second one is an important task and it only needs a small amount of time and energy and it ofcourse have manageable one to complete such small improvement on your flaws, any small event to attend and so on. And last one is needed for a very less amount of time or we spend very little time for this entire day like emails send & replies, all text messages you through digital platforms, respond to phone calls and so on. Its flexible fit in the entire day. If we do all our  tasks in the above sequence order we can easily finish the task and manage our day well. Practice it.  Patiently Do.
