<p>I am 73 and retired. I was a university professor for manyyears, and then started a business and ran it successfully for 20 years with my husband. I have a husband of 39 years, a son and 3 granddaughters. The highest weight was 201. Was 180 when I started IF. Currently 125 with a range of118-127. Started Intermittent Fasting in September 2019, lost all the weight fairly quickly. My previous episode was in 2022, and it was episode 112. I have been in maintenance for a long time. It is the only thing that has worked for me long term. I come from a long history of yo-yo dieting and some extremely restrictive diets, but I always eventually regained. I identify as an Intermittent Fasting for Life. It even kept me in goal range when I was immobilised from breaking my foot and my shoulder at the same time. Recently, I have beendoing physical therapy to recuperate from my total knee replacement. I am now focusing on exercise and building stronger bones and muscles.
