As the founding director of Silver Ministry, Luke created a unique organization focused on spiritual engagement, dementia friendly worship services, music-driven connection, and chaplain support for individuals living in nursing homes, memory care communities, and assisted living facilities. Luke also played a major role in building and operating the North and South Houston offices for Concho Hearts Hospice, helping grow the organization into a respected presence across the region. Known for his leadership, culture building, and innovative approach to patient and family support, he has developed teams and systems centered around one core belief, treat the person, not just the diagnosis. Under his leadership, the organization became known not only for clinical excellence, but for creating meaningful experiences for patients, families, and staff alike. Before entering healthcare leadership, he spent years in completely different worlds, including life as a singer -songwriter and even a sponsored skateboarder. Those experiences shaped the creativity, resilience, communication skills, and entrepreneurial mindset that would later define his leadership style. Rather than following a conventional path, Luke taught himself the skills necessary to build organizations, lead teams, market services, inspire people, and create brands that genuinely connect with communities.Today, Luke is recognized for blending business leadership with compassion-driven innovation. His work bridges healthcare, spirituality, music, culture, and community engagement in a way that feels deeply personal and refreshingly human. Whether he is building programs, mentoring teams, speaking with families, or creating new ventures, his focus remains the same creating organizations that bring peace, hope, and support to people during some of the most important moments of their lives.Outside of his professional life, Luke is a devoted husband and father of five. His family is the driving force behind everything he builds, with children ranging from 24 years old to 2 years old, giving him a unique perspective on leadership, legacy, and the importance of caring for people in every season of life._______________________________________________________________Contact Kim Hegwood- Elder Law AttorneyWebsite: https://yourlegacylegalcare.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/yourlegacylegalcare/Facebook –https://www.facebook.com/YourLegacyLegalCareLinkedIn-https://www.linkedin.com/company/yourlegacylegalcare/YouTube- https://www.youtube.com/@yourlegacylegalcareYour Legacy Legal Care 1150 Clear Lake City Blvd., Suite 100 Houston, TX 77062 (281) 218-0880

We'll see." ~ Dr. Micheal FosselTitle: Telomeres and the Future of Dementia Care with Dr. Michael FosselWelcome to another episode of Life Happens with Kim Hegwood. He knows what it feels like to be overlooked, to feel unseen, and that is exactly why he has devoted his life to making sure others never feel that way again.Born in Miami and later moving to Texas in 2010, Dash built a life centered on love and purpose. He is married to Natalie Glover, and together they have 8 children and 9 grandchildren. A single act of kindness while working as a Door Dasher changed his life forever, and from that moment, the Dash Gordon Foundation was born. Today, his mission is deeply personal. He is determined to give children with special needs and disabilities and their families the biggest voice imaginable, to place them on stages the world cannot ignore, and to show their God-given talents in a way that demands to be seen. But what breaks his heart open every single time are the small moments… a child standing a little taller, a smile that was once hidden now shining without fear, a spark of confidence where there was once doubt. For Dash, those moments are not just meaningful. They are everything._______________________________________________________________Contact Kim Hegwood- Elder Law AttorneyWebsite: https://yourlegacylegalcare.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/yourlegacylegalcare/Facebook –https://www.facebook.com/YourLegacyLegalCareLinkedIn-https://www.linkedin.com/company/yourlegacylegalcare/YouTube- https://www.youtube.com/@yourlegacylegalcareYour Legacy Legal Care 1150 Clear Lake City Blvd., Suite 100 Houston, TX 77062 (281) 218-0880
