<p>Keep letting go of all the things that hurt to hold on to, let it all fall through your fingers until you are free. You will need these hands to grab on to Love, Self Love, the kind of love that is meant for you and for me.</p>

<p>Be mindful of interactions that silence you, stress you and belittle you. These are the moments where the girl in the front of the line is drawing you out to fight – what will you do, realgirl!</p><p>Some will think they have the power to block your entrance into being whole, but they do not know that you have wings, and with your wings they can see you at the top. </p>

<p>Its not what we say to everyone else that determines our life, our self-love, it’s what we whisper to ourselves that has the greatest power.</p>

<p>It takes deliberate acts of self-love to transform ourselves and our habits.</p><p><strong>Self-worth is the internal sense of being good enough and worthy of love and belonging from others</strong>.
