<p>The BLaST Ambassador program motivates employees to become change agents acting through our vision and mission of transforming lives and communities through educational services. The Ambassador program is rooted in the four pillars: Lead, Serve, Promote, Connect</p>
<p>The program will:</p>
<ul><li style="font-weight:400;">Educate employees of BLaST Intermediate Unit 17 services</li>
<li style="font-weight:400;">Prepare ambassadors to be spokespersons for the Intermediate Unit</li>
<li style="font-weight:400;">Involve ambassadors in leadership development and opportunities as they arise and are interested</li>
