Is It Ok?

Yoga Pants, we all have them and honestly they are the most comfortable pant available to mankind. Why do you think so many other pants envy the yoga pant by saying they are just like them? But are you wearing the yoga pants or are the yoga pants wearing you? We have all seen the girl in yoga pants where you know that material is stretched beyond all physical boundaries, is it ok? or should the person regroup and change up their wardrobe?  Today we discuss the great reveal of clothing, is it ok to wear them everywhere or just to an actual yoga class?

We all have spots/places/things on our bodies we do not like....question is what to do about them? Some people go to the gym, some go to therapy and some go to a person called the plastic surgeon.  However, the stigma of doing plastic surgery is negative and yet, more people do it and are happy with the results. Excluding those who go on Botched. But is this an accetable thing to do? or still a "cheating" way to get the body you want?  Today we discuss the age ole question, to cut or not to cut that is the question?

Remember that Friend's episode where Ross is living with Chandler and Joey and gives them the quiet down hand signal...and seeing it feels like nails on a chalk board. Imagine someone in your life makes that hand motion, in public, do you quiet down or get louder?  Ofcourse you get louder because that is like waving a red flag in front of a bull....but on the flip side do you make the hand motion to your partner and are surprised when they smack you upside the head? Today we discuss the eavesdropping, loud talking of in public conversations. 

We all know that dessert should be the main course of every restaurant dinner. Nothing is worse than looking at the dessert tray and feeling the fullness in your tummy and realizing I shouldn't have ordered extra guac. But say you decide, damn the quac I am throwing caution to the wind and eating the chocolate cake, and you are proud of that decision. BUT then your partner dessert shames you....should you throat punch them or listen and go home lonely with no chocolate heaven insight?
