Josh O'neill is a Producer, Cinematographer with over 15 years experience in the film & television industry, who has played a key role on shows such as Survivor, Married at First Site, Ninja Warrior, Big Brother & The Voice. He also has worked on documentaries for series platforms such as Amazon, Paramount + Disney, following some of the worlds greatest athletes in their day to day life in their homes, interviewing their families. He has also worked on advertisements for major players in the motor industry and was involved heavily in editing coverage for the Australian Open and The Winter Olympics. Josh recently launched his own digital film school, Rebel Film School, where Josh shares his technical knowledge for becoming great behind the camera, to negotiations with the big wigs in the industry to help encourage people wanting to learn the skills and knowledge to get into the industry. We also touch on life as a self employed business, and balance doing the job as well as running your business. Jamie Kritharas is an Entrepreneur, founder of Defiant Digital, a full service marketing performance agency based out of Sydney.  Jamie launched Defiant Digital in 2019 and quickly grew the business to over $2m in revenue in just over a year. Before starting Defiant, Jamie also landed global recognition  as an International DJ, producer in the EDM  category and founded a music label. Jamie's tracks have been used by heavyweights such as Hardwell, Tiesto, Afrojack and Calvin Harris.  Jamie gives the lowdown on his time as a DJ & Producer and the path into that before transitioning the skills he used to promote himself and his music into marketing other artists under his label and then pivoting his skills to create the success that Defiant Digital is today. We chat life growing up, the choices he made to lead him on the path to his different career paths. Caitlynn Henry is an Occupational Therapist,  Former Miss Global Australia winner in 2016,  model, actress and social media influencer. Caitlynn is also a current Miss Universe Australia, Queensland Finalist.  Caitlynn tells her story of her early childhood growing up in South Africa and the craziness that led her family migrating to Australia  for safety.
