Today we dive into the world of dance, counseling, and advice for young dancers. Ida Reilsono is a former Pittsburgh Band member and color guard captain turned and now a graduate student at Duquesne University. Tune in as she shares her experiences, life lessons she learned along the way.

She shares her early days at Bella School of Dance to coaching Montour High School's color guard, Ida will share her passion for all styles of dance, with hip hop and tap being her ultimate favorites.

Nicole Ohr is a professional tap dancer based in NYC. She's had the opportunity of performing with choreographers Felipe Galganni, Jared Grimes, Max Pollak, as well as Sean Fielder's Boston Tap Company. She has performed in shows such as Broadway Underground at B.B. King's, Tony Waag's The Main Event, Tap and Song and Rhythm in Motion at Symphony Space, and The PULSE on Tour. She was also the Tap Dance Captain of Undertoe Dance Project and Mazel Toes Dance Company.

As a choreographer, Nicole has presented her work at the Undertoe Dance Project's New York Season, Astoria Dance Festival, Jared Grimes' Run The Night, Justin Boccitto's Choreographer's Canvas, Dance Astoria, Choreographers' Collective and the Queensboro Dance Festival. Nicole completed the Level 1 Tap Teacher Training program in 2015 and is now certified by the American Tap Dance Foundation. She teaches children and adults throughout the country. Currently, Nicole is a member of Germaine Salsberg's Les Femmes and is also the co-producer of Dance Astoria, a dance festival held annually at Bohemian Hall.
