<p><strong>Katy Foley is from Chicago’s Southside. Daughter of two lawyers, acting became critical from a young age. She trained at Second City and NYU Tisch.  She ran a marathon and became part of an Emmy-winning campaign. She booked her first ABC guest star because of a faulty water bottle.
