This is a podcast by 2 college students from Chicago: TJ White and Jihad Bonds. They are 2 people with a history of mental health issues. They are crazy and not afraid to say it. They talk about their experiences during this journey called life with equal amounts of brevity and humor. Their main focus is to help comfort and give strength to those who deal with mental health issues and to inform others who do not know what it is like.
