The Manifest Challenge is an action step that helps you progress in your health and fitness journey. Your manifest challenge is to try supplementing with Beta Alanine for at least two months and see what results it gives you.
I personally use Pre-Jym Active (gym with a j) because it contains beta-alanine and creatine, but you can use whatever brand you want. I suggest finding a pre or post workout shake/powder that combines at least beta-alanine, creatine, and sodium bicarbonate to have the best feeling workout and to save money buying one supplement instead of two or three.
