The Movie Score

This week on The Movie Score, we’re taking a look at one of the most iconic films of the last 20 years: “Gladiator,” starring Russel Crowe and Joaquin Phoenix. And we're back! After a short but unavoidable hiatus, we're taking a closer look at one of Christopher Nolan's earlier films, "The Prestige," the story of two professional magicians obsessed with outdoing one another. This may be a dark story, but it is certainly well-told--and while we may strongly disagree on our final ratings, we certainly enjoyed our discussions about its themes, characters, and musical score.
