<p>Fighting for Hemp Last Year was tough. This old show was on the heels of the Veto of SB3 by Texas Governor Greg Abbott.</p><p><br /></p><p>Today we are in a fight as legal action must be taken to Fight DSHS Rule Making authority. The State agency is overreaching its legal grounds by trying to change SB 1325 that made hemp legal in Texas following the 2018 Federal Farm Bill. </p>
