The Diabetes Zone is a space for people with type 2 diabetes and prediabetes to courageously share their stories and for those who hear those stories to feel less alone. I am your host, Virginia Garner. I created this space for them, because they matter. I've had a decades long career as a Registered Nurse. People challenged by the self care required to minimize the devastation of type 2 diabetes and prediabetes benefit from awareness early on. Change can happen when people share their stories.
