Here it is! At long last, the Sacred Valley 100 Mile Ultramarathon Rodeo roundup recap bonanza. My third attempt at this personal challenge of mine, for those who are new here. Another failed attempt, more great adventure. This third failure was a tough pill to swallow. I've finally choked it down. The episode is long...over 3.5 hours. It opens with a 30 minute introduction recorded by me alone, a month after the day of the run on June 11. The introduction is somewhat of a love letter. A little bit of heartbreak, and a little bit of hope. Mostly, I'm trying to explain the question I always get..."WHY? Why why why!!"

Following my solo introduction, the episode transitions to a 3 hour conversation between Trevor and I. My good good buddy who made the trip to Peru to help me see this through. Troubled wazza brewing in the weeks and days leading up to the run, on the big day things didn't go how I envisioned almost from the very beginning and I let the curveballs get the best of me. The fallout from the run was equally as painful. Trevor and I try to move slow and steady, one foot in front of the other, and break the whole thing down.

It's a hard pill to swallow, but the medicine is working. Trouble, trials, disappointment, agony, joy wonderment, awe, laughs, mind blowing, and bizarre....this Round 3 is one for the memory bank!!! Please enjoy the stories. Thank you for listening. And.............stay tuned for Round 4. PEACE!!!
