Sis, we appreciate all the support over the last three years. Happy New Year Sis!!! And welcome to season 3 of "Sis, What's Good?" Last week we had the pleasure of sitting down with George Chidi from the Atlanta Journal-Constituion. The discussion centers around  cultural folklore that promotes Atlanta the present day "Black Mecca", or "Black Wakanda", as T.I. stated in a since viral press conference in the wake of the 2020 George Floyd riots. Is Atlanta truly "Black Wakanda"? We take a peak behind the curtain, and review  current economic data that exposes one of the largest wealth gaps in the country. We also discuss whether Hip Hop and politics need to be separated like Church and State.

Hey Sis, thank God last week quiet. Besides those crazy ass gas prices there wasn't any drama and lord knows we can't take anymore of it anyway.Last night's episode was everything. We had a special guest (Ms. Huckleberry) from the reality TV show Big Baddie Lex Collection, sit down and discuss her journey from New Orleans to Atlanta and all the trials and tribulations she had to endure before she found herself on TV.Huckleberry also opened up about body shaming and the double standards women go through who don't fit that "perfect" mold. Sis, we go away for a few weeks and come back to madness. What a wild second week of May. Today's Episode is stressful, the state of GA hit YSL with a RICO, Lil Keed passed away, Kevin Samuels crossed over on Mother's Day weekend, and Da Baby is out here treating everyone like shit. DaCosta broke everything down, and stresses the importance of getting off the internet. YES, it's ok to spend time away from the internet and in the real world.  There were some technical issues so there won't be a visual this week but we'll make sure we take care of that in the future.Make sure you get your Trapbrunch tickets too sis.
