<p>The guys tackle a deceptively strong cocktail created at the Bank Exchange Saloon in Gold Rush–era San Francisco.</p><br><p>PISCO PUNCH RECIPE:&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><ul><li>2oz/60ml PISCO</li><li>.75oz/22ml PINEAPPLE JUICE&nbsp;</li><li>.5oz/15ml SIMPLE SYRUP</li><li>.5oz/15ml LEMON JUICE</li><li>&nbsp;1oz/30ml WHITE WINE</li><li>&nbsp;3 whole CLOVES</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Gently mash the syrup with the cloves. Add remaining ingredients (except wine) to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into large goblet.
